My family loves fruit, especially on these brutally hot summer days. The only thing that makes fresh fruit yummier is dipping it in the best fruit dip EVER! This dip is seriously the easiest and most delicious dip you’ll ever make!
I made a huge bowl of this fruit dip because we were having some friends over, and I knew it would go quickly – but feel free to cut this recipe in half.
There’s only 4 simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 13 oz container of Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme (aka marshmallow fluff)
- 8 oz container of Cool Whip (I used the Lite Cool Whip)
- 16 oz of cream cheese (I used the reduced fat cream cheese)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Thaw the Cool Whip – I left mine in the refrigerator for a few hours and it was thawed enough to use.
- Put the Marshmallow Creme and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add the vanilla to the mixture.
- Fold in the Cool Whip.
That’s it – I told you it was easy! Eat and enjoy!
This dip goes well with most fruits – strawberries, grapes, blueberries, apples, pineapple, etc. It also goes well with graham crackers and vanilla wafers! And it’s delicious by itself – just saying!
