Lollipop Ghosts

These lollipop ghosts are the perfect little Halloween treat or party favor! Plus they’re super cute and easy to make!

Supplies:

• lollipops (you can use any type of lollipop)
• tissue paper
• pinking shears
• ultra fine point Sharpie
• pink paint marker (it’s part of this set)
• ribbons
  • polka dot ribbon set
  • plaid ribbon set
  • black & white striped ribbon
  • mini pom pom trim set
• star tinsel
