Hey friends! I’m here with another tutorial on blending with your Tombow Dual Brush Pens. The last tutorial was on direct blending, and this time I’ll walk you through indirect blending. Indirect blending means that you’re blending the colors OFF of the paper – whether it be on the Tombow blending palette or some other laminated piece of paper – and then you’re picking up the colors with the Colorless Blender Pen, and putting the color on the paper.
You can see in the examples below how I used the blending palette and the Colorless Blender Pen to create new colors by blending only a few colors together.
