Hey friends! This is a very quick and easy tutorial showing you how to use Rub ‘n Buff to give things a metallic finish. My mom bought some plain black bells at Joann’s on clearance, and we used Rub ‘n Buff to give them a gold metallic finish. You can see the before and after below!
This same thing can be done on mirrors, picture frames, light fixtures, furniture hardware, and pretty much anything you can think of including plastic and wood items. It’s pretty amazing stuff!
Supplies:
- Rub ‘n Buff: You can grab some from Michaels here, or Amazon here.
- any items you want to make over! The sky is the limit here!
In this video we used the Gold Leaf finish, but all of the finishes are great to use for various projects.
