This is the yummiest pumpkin bread ever, and it only uses 3 ingredients! 🙌 The full recipe and a link to the most gorgeous loaf pan are below!
Ingredients & supplies:
- 1 box of spice cake mix (I used the Betty Crocker cake mix)
- 1 15 ounce can of 100% pumpkin pureeÂ
- 1 cup of mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- melted butter *optional* and only needed if using the fancy loaf pan

Recipe:
Mix together 1 box of spice cake mix, 1 15 ounce can of 100% pumpkin purée, and 1 cup of mini semi sweet chocolate chips in a large bowl. (Do NOT follow the instructions on the back of the spice cake mix box. You do NOT need to add any water, vegetable oil, or eggs.)
If using the fall loaf pan, melt a little bit of butter and brush it in all of the crevices of the pan. If you don’t have a pastry brush you can just dip a clean paper towel into the melted butter and use that to get butter into all of the crevices. The melted butter helps the pumpkin bread not stick to the pan, which will make your loaf look like perfection!
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy! 😋Â
