Pumpkin Spice Donuts

These donuts are the most delicious and easiest to make donuts EVER! And if you don’t like pumpkin spice, don’t worry – you can adjust this recipe and make chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or whatever flavor you want!

Supplies:

Recipe:

Pumpkin Spice Donuts (makes about 18-24 donuts)

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup almond pumpkin spice creamer OR milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Pumpkin Spice Glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond pumpkin spice creamer OR milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (if you are using milk and not the pumpkin spice creamer you might want to add more pumpkin pie spice)
  • tiny bit of salt
  • sprinkles to top the donuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix donut ingredients together
  3. Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray
  4. Pipe batter into the donut pan, but only 3/4 full. Do not overfill the donut openings or the donuts will not have holes and they will look funny. 😆
  5. Bake donuts for 10 minutes, or until the donuts spring back when pushed gently with your finger.
  6. Let donuts cool, while starting the glaze
  7. Mix glaze ingredients together
  8. Dip the donuts (make sure they are cooled first) into the glaze. You want to dip the smooth, prettier side of the donut into the glaze.
  9. Top with sprinkles if desired
  10. Eat immediately because they are just THAT good! 😉
