If you saw my Decoden Christmas Ornaments, this craft is very similar, but this time we are decorating picture frames! These can be completely customized by changing the colors and embellishments used.

- 2 x 3 picture frames
- 4×6 picture frames
- spackle
- piping tips
- piping bags
- paint
- embellishments
