I’ve been looking for something neutral to sit on my kitchen island during the spring and summer months, and I was coming up blank. But then I remembered that I had some green artificial pears and I decided to paint them to give them a faux cement finish. Now they match my kitchen better, and I love the chunky, heavy look they have!
Supplies:
- artificial pears (or any other fruit)
- baking soda
- paint options (any white/taupe/neutral paints will work)
