Okay friends, this is a super simple 5 minute craft that is so much fun to make! It’s also super cheap, and it’s perfect to do with kiddos as well.
Supplies:
- paint samples (I grabbed several at Home Depot in the paint department – they’re free)
- scissors or a paper trimmer
- pen/stickers/sharpie
- magnets – I used magnetic adhesive strips that you can cut down to any size. These are SUPER easy to work with.

Instructions:
- Cut your paint samples down to the desired size. I trimmed mine so that none of the writing that was on the front of the paint samples shows.
- Write a cute phrase, quote, note, reminder, etc on the paint sample. You can use a pen, stickers, sharpies, etc.
- Cut 2 small pieces of adhesive magnet for each paint sample.
- Peel off the adhesive backing and place one magnet at the top of the paint sample, and one at the bottom.
- Put your magnet up on your fridge, locker, whiteboard, etc. Enjoy!
