Easter Pretzel Bark | Rainbow Chocolate Bark

This Easter Pretzel Bark is so pretty and easy to make! You could also leave the bunnies off, and use this same idea for any themed birthday party. Wouldn’t it be perfect for a unicorn party?!

Ingredients/Supplies:

  • cookie sheet
  • knife/spatula (to spread the chocolate out)
  • skewer (to make design in the chocolate. You could also use the tip of a knife or something else pointy.)
  • mini twists pretzels
  • candy melts – you can shop Amazon’s selection HERE, or shop the ones I used from Michaels HERE (I used light pink, light green, blue, and yellow). They are way cheaper at Michaels and you can order online and have them shipped to your house.
  • Annie’s Bunnies
  • M&Ms (I used the Easter/pastel ones)
  • Marshmallow Bits
  • Sprinkles

Instructions: FULL video tutorial below as well

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cover cookie sheet with a layer of pretzels.
  3. Put rows of candy melts on top of the pretzels.
  4. Bake for 8-12 minutes at 200 degrees. You want the candy melts to be soft and melted, but they do not need to be liquid, if that makes sense.
  5. Use a knife or spatula to spread out the candy melts. This well help them to finish melting all the way.
  6. Use a skewer, or the tip of a knife, to swirl a design into the chocolate.
  7. Top with all of the fun toppings!
  8. Let the chocolate fully harden and cool off, then break into pieces.
  9. Enjoy! 🙂
